• All prices are in Namibian Dollars (N$) unless otherwise stated
• We accept Cash, E-Wallet, FNB Pay2Cell, and EFT payments
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received or verified
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Product availability is subject to stock levels

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
• Local pickup is available in Oshakati at no extra charge
• Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and destination
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of herbal products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
• Report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide photos of damaged items for verification
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

6. Loyalty Program

• Points are earned on qualifying purchases
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination
